Email invoicing is a fast option that makes it easy to save, organize, and store PDF invoices on your computer. No need to take up physical filing space. Plus it makes sharing a copy with anyone in the office who needs one a cinch. And of course, PDF invoices are environmentally friendly since they save on paper.
