Your 3sHealth benefits are moving to the redesigned My GMS portal, designed to make submitting and tracking claims easier than ever.
Mark June 1 on your calendar—that’s the day the new portal will be ready for you to use.
1.) How to activate your account
On June 1, you’ll receive two emails:
- One will welcome you to the new portal.
- The second will contain a link to activate your account.
Login for the first time and setup your profile. Follow the instructions in those emails to log in and get started.
2. How to submit and track claims
Submitting a claim is a bit different now because each claim needs to be submitted on its own. We’ve made it easy to submit claims, keep track of claim status and payment details.
You can continue using your existing benefits card and there’s no need to update anything with your providers. Your current setup still works, and there will be no disruption to your claims or reimbursements.
This change is the first step in our goal of real-time claim adjudication. When that feature is ready, it will mean that you’ll know exactly what amount will be paid the moment you submit your claim. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as that’s ready.
3. Which portal should i use
Use your current portal to submit or view claims for your 2025–2026 policy year, which ends on May 31, 2026. If possible, please submit these claims by that date. Doing so can help ensure a smoother transition to the new portal and is a proactive step to make things easier for you.
Use the new portal for all new claims starting June 1, 2026.
You can still submit eligible 2025–2026 claims after May 31, so there’s no need to worry if something comes in after that date.
4. How to Switch Between Portals
You’ll still have access to both portals. We’ll show you exactly how to switch between them, step by step.
