Step 1:
Download the GMS Baggage Loss, Damage & Delay Claim Form. A completed claim form must be submitted within 12 months. Make sure you include the following documents.
- Travel dates
- Claim with transportation carrier
- Payment for all submitted expenses
- The police report (if applicable)
Step 2:
Email your completed claim form with receipts and supporting documentation to travelinquiry@gms.ca.
Sending in your claim by email will save you time. But if you’re unable to, please refer to the mailing address at the top of the claim form.
