Before you start: how to log in

  • For TravelStar or VTC customers only: Use the primary email address associated with your account to log in.
  • For Personal Health (PH), Replacement Health (RH), or Group policy customers only: Use your portal email address to log in.
  • For customers with both PH/RH or Group and a TravelStar policy: Use your portal email address to log in.
  • If you’re unable to log in or your account is tied to a broker email address: Please contact GMS to update your email on file before attempting to log in again.

What happens next

  • You’ll receive an email from the Robin Assist Claims Department confirming receipt of your claim.
  • Note: If you included your email in your insurance application, Robin Assist may contact you by email about your claim. Please keep copies of all original bills, receipts, and other documents for your records.

A couple of things to keep in mind if you have a claim:

  • You must submit any Baggage Loss, Damage, and Delay claims within 12 months of the date of incident.
  • To make sure your claim is processed as fast and efficiently as possible, please complete the claim form in full and attach all required documents (listed on the form).
