We’re excited to show you the new My GMS portal—designed to make submitting and tracking claims simpler and easier.

1. How to Login
When the portal is ready, you’ll receive two emails:
- A welcome message to the new portal.
- A link to activate your account.
Please follow the instructions in those emails to log in for the first time.

2. How to Submit a Claim
Each claim now needs to be submitted on its own, but we’ve made the process quick and intuitive—and you can track claim status and payment details in real time.
- Keep using your existing benefits card.
- No changes are required with your providers; your current setup continues to work, and there will be no disruption to your claims or reimbursements.
This change is the first step toward real-time claim adjudication. When that feature launches, you’ll see the exact amount payable the moment you submit a claim. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.

3. Which Portal Should I Use?
- Current portal: Continue to submit or view claims for your 2024-2025 policy year.
- New portal: Use it for new claims once it’s live and your next policy year begins.
You can still submit eligible 2024-2025 claims after the policy year ends—so there’s no need to worry if something comes in late.

4. How to Switch Between Portals
Need to review past claims or submit a new one? You’ll be able to move back and forth between the current and new portals as needed. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions once the new portal is live.
