We’re excited to show you the new My GMS portal—designed to make submitting and tracking claims simpler and easier. 

Mark July 1 in your calendar. That’s the day the new portal will be ready for you to use. 

1. How to Login 

On July 1, you’ll receive two emails: 

  • One will welcome you to the new portal.
  • The second will have a link to activate your account. 

Please follow the instructions in those emails to log in. 

2. How to Submit a Claim

Submitting a claim is a bit different now because each claim needs to be submitted on its own. We’ve made it easy to submit claims, keep track of claim status and payment details.  

You can continue using your existing benefits card and there’s no need to update anything with your providers. Your current setup still works, and there will be no disruption to your claims or reimbursements.

This change is the first step in our goal of real-time claim adjudication. When that feature is ready, it will mean that you’ll know exactly what amount will be paid the moment you submit your claim. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as that’s ready. 

3. Which Portal Should I Use? 

Use your current portal to submit or view claims for your 2024–2025 policy year.

Use the new portal for any new claims starting July 1, 2025

You can still submit eligible 2024–2025 claims after May 31, so there’s no need to worry if something comes in after that date.

4. How to Switch Between Portals 

You can go back and forth between the current and new portals if needed. We'll show you how.
