We’re happy to let you know our website has been updated to make it easier to find information on submitting claims.
A new drop-down list under the “Submit a Claim” button, located in the top right corner of the site, gives you quick access to more than just our online Health & Dental claim form. You can now jump to pages dedicated to specific types of claims your clients may need to make. They also include an easy, step-by-step guide to successfully submit a claim and other important information.
