  • Tailored for small businesses with 3-10 employees.
  • All plans provide up to $2,000 per injury for accidental dental
  • Employers have the option of adding one of three dental plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) to one of our three base plans, and can choose an annual maximum ($500, $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000)
